Trying to track down factory of this soviet era spoon

I googled as much as i could,
stainless steel worth 55 kopeks (0.55 rouble a russian guy said it was alot back than, like fast food + a drink)
when was this spoon made? 70s? 60s?

does anybody recognise the mark?
