Need to identify mark on hand made cup & saucer. A.B.C.

Recently unpacked estate stored since 1950's. There are two cups and saucers, which look hand crafted. There is no silver mark, so I'm assuming it is plated. The mark is simply A.B.C. Familiar to anyone?
