Mark ID Please Help

Hi there, found this metal detecting. Trying to identify the marks, and possibly date it. As I’m trying to date the old homesite I’ve been detecting. (Sorry if I’m doing this wrong, I’m new to using forums)
I think it’s made by Joseph Gilbert, but I can’t find any pictures with a crown over NS. The S is very faint, but I’m pretty sure I see one in the right light. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
