Brand identification of german set.

Hi, I was dusting out the attic, and found a silverware set. I searched the web to find the brand, and if its silver or plated. I would like that someone with better knowledge can point me out.

Welcome to the forum.
Although the image of marks is very small, number ``60`` is clearly seen. It indicates the standard of silver plating.

The maker`s mark is too small to decipher.
