Unidentified silver plate marks

I found a pair of candelabras which design I like although the price is very high so I want to identify the marks before I decide whether to buy them or not. Any ideas? I know the picture is very low quality but the seller is unable to make a better one...



I can clearly recognize a v and maybe a K or X?
