I've got a bit stuck literally sorting out the family silver.

This is not a hallmark, but a manufacturer's mark as this is electroplate, not silver. L&W is Lee & Wigfull of Sheffield. I have moved your post from "British Hallmarks" to "Silverplated Ware"
