Silver Jewelry Box Mark -- Strange

I came across a Sterling jewelry box with a carved ivory insert of two well to do women hunting on the top. The box had the heraldry and motto of the McLay Clan of Scotland, which leads me to believe the box is Scottish or nearby, hence British.

There are three marks on the piece, one is a Thistle (again consistent with Scotland), another is the Cross of Lorraine in an impressed shield (looks like Joan of Arc's shield), the third loosely resembles the city mark for Aberdeen or Dumphries. But I do not think it is either of these exactly.

Any help would be appreciated.
