Please help me identify these marks!!!

Hopefully I did this right. Can anyone here please identify these marks for me.. Im beginning to wonder if it's even silver all. I can't seem to find what those marks mean anywhere. Thanks in advance for any info.

Most likely silver plate but cannot recognize the mark.
