French Silverplate Basket Image Identification Requested

I found this adorable little basket at a garage sale hoping it would be silver but, alas, it does not test to be so.
All it has on it as far as marks is what appears to be a lion and "Made in France" stamped on it. I tried to look it up and the closest I came to was was the lion picture looked to be similar to Apollo for the makers mark.
Can anyone verify this?
I think this might be from early 20th century, any more verification on that too?
