Need Help Identifying Mark on (Possibly) Sheffield Tea/Coffee Set

According to its previous owner, it is silver plated and Sheffield. Given that I can't identify the mark, I can't confirm it is Sheffield. So, I looked into it and couldn't find any mark that resembled it. It looks like it should be initials, but I can't make out any letters. I took some pictures, and I'm posting them to this forum in hopes that someone might be able to identify it. I would really appreciate some help.
