Welcome to the Forum.
The 'WB' is meaningless now, it is likely a personal identification mark, perhaps of a previous owner or a jeweller etc.
The other marks, if you are not already aware, are '2 PNTS' to indicate the capacity of two pints, The Walker & Hall trade mark, 'S' date letter indicating 1946, '53312' model/pattern number, and 'A1' the quality indicator mark.
