English Silver Plate Mark

Anyone able to help me identify the maker associated with this mark? It reads as possible an

L/starburst (image)/ Hand / starburst (image)/ C

See attached. This is from a diminutive chafing dish with cover and liner with an armorial crest engraved to the front.

Hi,

Can you try and capture another image without the reflection? Try taking the photo in natural daylight (no flash), using the macro feature on you camera.
