Edinburough sauce boat?

Searching for the last three hours on too many sites. I believe the 'castle' is an Edinburough hallmark but can't quite make out the first symbol before the "& Co". The "E P" is Electroplating is it not?
I would really appreciate some help with this. Thank you in advance.
