I'm trying to id this piece

I have what appears to be a silver box with 2 hearts intertwined for the lid. The markings on the back are the number 518 with a W on the left side of the #, an E above, and a D to the right of the #. I believe the box is silver with a velvety feeling liner. Any suggestions where to look for a positive ID?
