Pair of French Forks

Hi all,

I found these forks in a charity shop recently. All my efforts to identify and date the hallmarks have failed so far.
I believe they are French, possibly Parisian, but as always I am happy to be corrected and pointed in the right direction.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not silver but silver-plate marks and to me unknown.

Hi Andy, the four marks are a typical combination of marks used by the silver-plate makers to imitate the official row of hallmarks used by the various assay offices.
