Business card holder - J L with crown hallmark

Hello, everyone.
I have a business card holder that has a hallmark of J L with a crown on top and a hallmark that I cannot distinguish what it could be. Any help would be helpful.

That mark you cannot distinguish what it could be,represents the keys of St. Peter crossed under the liturgical umbrella . It mimics the hallmark in use in the eighteenth century in the Papal States.

Did anyone get any clarification on this? I have the exact stamps on a bottle opener and am so curious where it is from, etc.
