925 TINAA ?

Hello I have this plate with the stamp of 925 TINAA ... I was wondering if anyone could give me more information on this ... where it came from ? is it sterling ?

It is not silver. Tina or Tinaa is the Finnish word for pewter. Why the 925 mark I really don't know. Maybe an indications that it is made of 925/1000 pewter???

The reason could be that the referred site is only showing more old marks and your mark could be a rather new one. Sorry but my interest is not pewter. The word "Tinaa" caught my eyes for obvious reasons.

Thank you so much for the info !!!! Been looking for a LONG time and now I have an answer ... not the one I was looking for but at least I can stop wondering lol and searching lol .... Thanks again !!!

Please show a better photo of the trade mark left of 925. I could try to trace it if you are interested.
