Help With Identifying marks.

I have been trying to find the makers of the silver plate hip flask. (it could be stainless steel I am not sure) . The makers mark is a diamond with a a large A with what looks like BPC formedround the A. The end mark looks the symbol for Capricorn.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,

It's pewter.

The mark on the left is that of The Association of British Pewter Craftsmen, and that on the right is that of the Worshipful Company of Pewterers.
