Hallmark query. 6 piece egg spoon and cup set

I have been looking around the net for some information on this hallmark.Its on all the pieces of the egg and spoon set. I so far have had no luck, i was wondering if there is anybody with any information, it would help me greatly as its been in the family for a long time, and we have no idea about its history.

Could you tell us the letters in the first mark on the left ? I can't see them.

the initials on the top are

That might be the silverplate mark of the Birmingham manufacturer GR Collis & Company (2nd half 19th century), but I'm not sure.
