Pair of dish warmers - hallmark?

I have a pair of 3 legged dish warmers with spirit burners beneath plates.

I would like to know where they were made and what date if possible please. Possibly American??

They are hallmarked H & H followed by what looks like an Eagle. Also stamped 22137 C

The makers are Hukin and Heath...working with great craftsmanship around the end of the 19th and beginning of 20th century. Arts and crafts items they have made are very sought after. Please send me a photo of them and will attempt to appraise them further. Best wishes, Mike.
