That's probably the mark of Ellis-Barker Silver Companies, Birmingham, England. In 1897 they opened an American branch in New York City. This mark was used from 1906. They were in business into the second half of the 20th century. In Europe they are often refered to as Barker-Ellis.

Wish I could help but my reference books don't say how long the mark was used.

Also, I would point out that Hawksworth, Eyre & Company used a pineapple logo. They were "a Sheffield based company who manufactured mostly silver plated flatware, but hallmarked silver items are to be found. They were established in 1833 and produced until just before the first World War".
