Need help with "LEINSTER PLATE" "L.2.A.1."

Hi All, got these nice silver salt & pepper shakers

need help identifying these and what age approx as I can only find write up about it being -

"Leinster Plate, a collection of silverware, of the Prince of Wales's Leinster Regiment"

Those particular silver plate marks were used by; James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield, England, 1835-1992
