Europeen silver box mark ?

I have a silver box made in 40's with this type of stamp (sorry for the bad drawing). It's europeen i am sure but from where ?
Could you help me ?

Hello, this is plate. Made by 'Atelier du Val-de-Marne', located Rue du Mont-Tabor 36, first district of Paris. Active around 1950-70. Best wishes, Bahner
