Identification of Mark on Candlesticks

Please see the image of a mark found on a pair of candlesticks - They appear to be sterling but I have been unable to locate the makers mark or purity mark which appears to be a torch in a oblong diamond. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Timothy

see the thorch mark. Used on silverplate as a quality mark
