Need help identifying this German Tea Set please!!

I'm interested in purchasing this antique german silver tea/coffee set however, i cannot find anything out on the markings and was hoping someone here could do that. You have the crown and inside three squares you can see a 'G', a 'S' and it's rubbed off in this photo but there is another marking that appears to be two golf clubs crossed like an x however the bottom of the clubs are rectangles.

Another question i had is: this set is marked .800 silver which i understand is the standard in Germany. However, none of the pieces of the set have any markings of 800 or 925 or anything on them. What does that usually mean?
