Ive have an early 19 C. sugar shaker, with a mark i cant seem to find anywhere! The mark consits of two tobacco pipes on each side of what looks to be a figure of a person with their arms up. it has the number 3650 below the mark.
The shaker itself has a dome lid with etched floral design, falme finial, canister having a repousse villige scene with people, houses, fences, and trees.
Who is this by?????????
