Large silverplate tray, can't identify mark

Hello-
I have a very large silverplate (I guess!) tray, left to me by my grandmother. The coffee/tea set with it is definitely sterling, but I can't figure out the tray. My family believes the entire set to be Reed and Barton but the marks don't look familiar. I've looked all over for these marks, here and elsewhere and can't find them. Can anyone help?
