unusual oil lamp silver mark??

HI ALL,

I HAVE A SILVER? SPOON WITH AN UNUSUAL HALLMARK AND WONDERED IF ANY OF YOU EXPERTS OUT THERE CAN HELP IDENTIFY FOR ME

IT HAS MAKERS NAME R & B IN AN ELONGATED CIRLE WITH AN ISLAMIC STYLE OIL LAMP IN ANOTHER CIRCLE

CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF ITS SOLID SILVER, WHAT COUNTRYS HALLMARK AND THE SILVER GRADE?

Your earlier (deleted) post was answered by member Bahner. Your item has not travelled far, it was made in Sheffield by Roberts & Belk. It's silverplated.

I have a solid silver coffee spoon set with sugar tongs, not hallmarked, and all pieces are simply marked R&B with the alladin lamp.
