Unknown sterling silver hallmark

Hello. I am new to the forum. I have an oval tray that appears to be antique. It has 3 hallmarks that I am trying to get information on. I found a picture of the marks online but can't find any more info. This is the pic of the marks. Any help is greatly appreciated.
