Hello all, I have been searching the internet for these symbols, but to no avail. I am at a loss of who made it or where it is from. Here is the image. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.

That's a silverplate mark used by the Cresent Silverware Manufacturing Co. of Port Jervis, New York.

They were taken over by Samuel Kirk & Son Inc. in 1977.
