From doing my own investigation I think the fork is silverplate and not solver as the marks are more similar to plate than the solid silver marks I've come across. I thought the crossed keys would be the best way for me to identify the rest but I'm coming up empty in that mark. Maybe I'm typing the wrong search or something, hope someone out there could give me a hand. Much Thanks.

The crossed keys mark in a shield cartouche (with overhang flat top) = Lawrence B. Smith Co., Boston, MA, USA.

The signification of the separated letter »A« is, that it is »good strong plate« = about 2 gram silver per fork is used.

The signification of the letters »I« and »H« are maybe an indication for the composition of the cutlery's basic material?

»E« »P« signification is that the cutlery is Electro Plated.

The pattern is a so called »double thread« or »double ribbon« pattern; in this case in a traditionally French contour.

Don't think that is a Lawrence B. Smith mark.
Looks like British silverplate marks to me.

I agree with Pat, this looks like another piece with the customer's marks applied as can be seen at: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=22476

Some of the marks of Henry Wilkinson & Sons of Sheffield and Lawrence B. Smith Co. of Boston are very, very similar, but these, as Pat has stated, do look like British silverplater's marks.

Thanks for the opinions. I'll look into both to see if I can find some better evidence to support either. If anyone else has a look feel free to weigh in as well.
