The letters EP stand for ElectroPlated.
JG stands for Joseoh Gilbert of Birmingham England. Check Here:

I been looking for the date but cant find a "B" in circle, the nearest match is 1850 but knowing me I am totally wrong

Hi Michael.

With the exceptions of Elkington and a couple other manufacturers, very few firms put date marks on silverplated wares.
Don't think the "B" is a date mark. Most likely stands for Birmingham.

The firm became Joseph Gilbert & Sons around 1894.
So my guess is that those marks date to between 1876 and 1894.
