The subject line represents the stamped mark on the back of a silverplated fork of mine. I have been through Hagan, Rainwater, L Freeman, and Davis and Deibel books and can not find the name of the maker. Do any of you know who it is? I have also browsed the web and tried to see maker's marks on this site, but only get page one. Thanks for help.

Hi,
The site doesn't list marks on silverplate, except for a few makers who happened to produce both silver and silverplate and used the same trademark on both wares. In future the site may expand into silverplate marks, but for now your chances of making a silverplate ID outside of the forum area are very slim.
