Viners Tea Set: Sterling or Silverplate?

I have a lovely 3 piece tea set that is marked
VINERS Of Sheffield
Made in England
EPNSA1
K
Is it sterling or silverplate?

EPNS = Electro Plated Nickel Silver. A1 indicates the quality=superiour.
So it's silver plated. K is probably a date mark, but it depends on what it looks like. You can find a key to Sheffield date letters here.

Did Viners mark their plate pieces with the Sterling date letter of the same year? If they did not, then the Sheffield date letters are not going to be accurate...
