mulholland purity/date

this Mulholland mark has only the number 614. is it sterling or plate? date manufactured?

Walter and David Mulholland succeeded the Aurora Silver Plate Company around 1912.

They produced electroplated wares.
If your piece were solid silver it would be marked sterling or .925.
614 is a catalog or pattern number.
