Silverplate candelabra help... can't find markings.

I purchased this in France about twelve years ago. I can not find a marking of any kind. Can someone help me identify the style and perhaps origin?

Oddly enough I was just beginning to try to identify a piece that I got from my MIL, and I came across this post which is the identical item that I am trying to identify. There are no marks, and I wondered if the OP had ever identified this, or if anyone recognizes. (Mine even has the same felt residue on the bottom).

Hello,

This design was extremely popular in the 60's and 70's, likely sourced from Italy. Without any marks, I feel there is very little chance of ID'ing the manufacturer.
