Help with mark on pickle Castor Frame

I have a Pickle Castor Frame that is marked with St,Louis in a circle and around the inside of the circle is ST.L. C. & SW CO. Below the circle is Quadruple.

The mark is for the St. Louis Clock & Silverware Company. I am not sure of their start date, but they were purchased in 1932. They produced a catalog in 1904, which has been reprinted and is generally available in online auctions. I have never looked at the catalog, so it may just cover their clocks, for which they are better known.

As a follow up, the 1904 catalog was their "12th annual catalog", which would tend to indicate that they were in business at least as far back as 1892.
