Crown w/ Block English Letters "BSG" - Photo

This seal appears on a Tray that is approx. 18 to 20" long. It's footed and very ornate.
The seal also reads "Silver on Copper" over the crown and letters, and just blow those is "REG" which I assume is for "registered."
We haven't been able to find anything that quite matches online.
