It would be great if you could post a good image of the torch mark, we could use it for the silverplate marks section.

The ""CC in a crown" is NOT a Cohr mark. No one I have asked until now, can identify the maker.

Came across a piece this weekend, a fifties/sixties mod pitcher, the mark is clearly CC. Perhaps the "Kronen" will provide a clue as to the maker.

Maybe the 'CC' in the crown are not the letters CC, but a part of the crown????

Hello All-
Could it be for King Christian VIII, King Christian IX and the last king Christian X, reigned 1912 to 1947 ? The problem is that there was always a King Frederick between them, so it seems it would be C F C. Just a thought.

I suspect the CC is the maker's initials and that Kronen is the name of a product line or pattern.

Hi,
Came across a sterling piece by this maker. It was on a very mid-century modern taperstick that I'm sure dated to the 1950s. The only CC maker's mark registered for the 50s is Carl F. Christiansen of Copenhagen 1943-1963.
