Mexican Silver Bracelet

I purchased this bracelet at a garage sale and I don't know much about it I was wondering if anyone could help me. The back says Silver Mexico with a stamp that appears to be MR where the R is overlaid on the right leg of the M. I couldn't get a photo of the mark clear enough to post. Please let me know if you have any information on this bracelet.
