Navajo maker's mark DC

Postby wmgoodman » Mon Jul 02, 2007 5:22 pm

I need help identifying a maker's mark on a sterling silver Squash Blossom necklace and other pieces. The seller said it is a contemporary piece, 4 or 5 years old. The mark is "DC".

It appears on a piece dangling from the naja, one earring, and a cuff bracelet.

Any help will be appreciated.

Jewelry is not my area, but I can offer a possibility.

Delbert Chatter, Navajo, Winslow, Arizona region, used a DC mark.
Don't know when he worked.

Pat.

Pat,

Thanks,

I'll see what I can find out about him.
