Help With Native American Mark

Hi,

I don't know much about Native American Silver. I was told this piece came from Walla Walla Washington and that it was a tribal piece not made for resale. It is marked STERLING on one of the pendants and L/R on all of them. All capital block letters which are stamped into the silver. The clasp is a simple hook and eye. Sorry about the rough pics, I took them with my phone, couldn't get a clear shot of the mark. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Thanks!

I'm not sure if I would call that a typical native American piece.
The two tribes most notable for turquoise jewellery are the Navaho and the Zuni.

Native American jewelry of the Northwest is very very different in style from that made in the Southwest. Northwest pieces tend to rely on carved graphics for decoration and the use of stones - especially turquoise is almost unknown (on older pieces anyway, have no idea what contemporary jewelers are up to).
Sorry to say, but your piece appears to be a standard post 1960's commercial Navajo piece.
