Help with marks on a mexican lift arm lighter

Postby sosodona » Thu May 24, 2007 2:03 pm

Hi,
I need help to identify the marks on an old lift arm lighter made in mexico.
the lighter is an old lift arm , just like the old dunhills, very well done and marked on the lift arm and on the fuel screw I think.
Unfortunately I can't take a good picture of the markings ( they are small and my camera is not a good one , but I made a drawing of the marks.
the first two ones are on the lift arm of the lighter and the third one is on the fuel screw on the bottom. In my opinion, the third one is really odd, never saw a marking like this and I cannot see if the 4- th letter is a S or a 8.
Thanks in advance
