? MEXICAN SILVER OR PLATE

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone can help. Marks on a small Mexican ashtray. Obviously for the tourist market. I think its silver, it says 925 sterling, but whats the 20. is it plate?

It's 925 Sterling, plata means silver in Spanish.
