Need help identifying hallmark for a sterling 970 goblet

Hello, I hope someone can help me out, I have looked everywhere and I can'y find anything about this hallmark. The goblet has STERLING 970 under the hallmark. The hallmark looks like an arrow pointing up with a circle around it. It could also be two A's back to back with a circle around them, or anything else. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
