Silver Toothpick?Makers and year mark please.

Hi all,
Have what I believe is a toothpick,retracted it is 5cm long,turning the barrel a 2cm arrow head appears.From left to right it has the following marks.
SJR
Anchor
Lion passant
Z
Many Thanks

Hard to tell without a photo, but would hazard a guess at the following:

Birmingham
1924 or later.
Sterling Silver.
Unknown maker.
