Hello, probably not made by Posen (I assume it is Lazarus Posen Wwe., not Posen & Posen), L. Posen mostly operated as a retailer. Whoever made it made it any time after 1886, when the German silver marks halfmoon / crown / 800 were introduced. What is the other mark ? It does not look German. Best wishes, Bahner

I think the last mark is the hallmark, because in it was wrotten 800.
