what kind of spoon is this

The marks are what looks to be a sword(i think it is from Belgium) and the other mark is a Z a hammer and a Z. can anyone please help me

Hi,

The first thing that pops to mind is "Zaanse Zilversmederij", Haarlem, The Netherlands.
Need to see an image to be sure though.
