3rd final French 18th mark.

One last fork.....
I have only posted here jpgs of the mark because it is only a fork and I wish to save you space/time.
The mark I do not recognise is the stylised bird under a crown. The others I think are the Paris rights de exemption crown etc but the bird mark is one again not in my refs and I assume possibly provincial.
Anyone help?
