The family Abe was very big.
there was an article in Weltkunst from Werner Schmidt "Teil 17"
Karl Philipp Abe in Offenbach
Johann Jakob Friedrich Abe in Offenbach
Friedrich Wilhelm Abe in Offenbach an his son Johann Adam Abe
they are "Gebrüder Abe" ca. 1830-1858
and I think Your spoons are from this workshop
There was also an other Abe in Schwäbisch Hall with similar makersmark
